Our Principal Executive

Clifford Dexter Jones was born in Baltimore, Maryland and has been a salesman for most of his life. At 13, Dexter earned his first paychecks by selling eggs to his neighbors for .50 cents/dozen from his bicycle. In the spring, he sold strawberries and baby white pink eye rabbits. During the summers he mowed grass on a 120-acre Thoroughbred Quarter Horse Farm with a John Deer lawn mower for $2.50 per hour.

His father taught him to save money by dividing his pay evenly between four separate piggy banks:

1. Fun money
2. Savings
3. Church/Charity
4. Investments

Dexter used part of his savings to join the local 4-H Club and raise three steers for show at the local Howard County Fair. His investment paid off when one steer placed Grand Champion of its breed and another steer won Reserve Champion. In high school, Dexter combined playing four years of football as a defensive end and offense tackle with an active role in the high school yearbook class. His early natural sales ability and ambition drove him to oversell his quota by 100% from $200 to $2,000. These early experiences paved the way for his lifelong success.

Dexter manifested financial success over the years with companies such as Dell Computers where in 1992 he worked directly with Michael Dell to increase business by generating revenue with his proprietary revenue program. This innovative sales program outlined five strategies designed to increase revenue at Dell by targeting National Fortune 500 companies.

Dexter was recruited from Dell by Dazel Corp. founder Bob Fabbio. Mr. Fabbio was impressed with Dexter's reputation, initiative and ability to generate revenue through strong client relationship skills and talent for closing sales. Additional business success includes relationships with Burlington Air Freight, Central Air Freight, MCI, CompuAdd and Framework Technologies.
